Payment and deposit policy. Baking begins only after payment has been received, so we ask that your order be paid in full before it goes into production. When a deposit is arranged to reserve your date, that deposit is non-refundable, as ingredients are purchased specifically for your order. Any remaining balance is due before pickup.

Every cupcake at Cakes Castle is baked from scratch and finished by hand. Pick your flavors, frostings, and colors, and we will match your party theme. We bake classic vanilla and chocolate, red velvet, strawberry, lemon, and more, in full size or minis for grazing tables.

How many cupcakes should I order?

Cupcakes are ordered by the dozen. A good rule of thumb is one to two per guest, and we are happy to help you land on the right count for your event.

Is there a minimum order?

Most cupcake orders start at one dozen. For larger events, tell us your headcount and date and we will quote it.

Can you match my party colors?

Yes. Share your colors or theme and we will get as close as we can, though an exact match to a photo cannot be guaranteed.

Do you make gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?

How much notice do you need?
