Meet Pat

Cakes Castle began the way the best bakeries do, with one recipe and a lot of heart. Pat Martin started out as Cheesecake Delight, known around Tucker for a New York-style cheesecake she had perfected at home. Word spread, the orders grew, and a few years ago she opened Cakes Castle.

Today Pat bakes everything from scratch, every single day. Her case is a little tour of the world: Ukrainian honey cake, Italian tiramisu, Jamaican hummingbird, and French coconut Raffaello, sitting right alongside Southern classics like red velvet and the strawberry cheesecake that started it all. Whether it’s a heart-shaped cake for an anniversary or a towering custom cake for a wedding, every order gets her personal attention.
